Mrs. Watson began her career in the Penn Hills School District in 1998 as a Special Education Inclusion Teacher at Penn Hills Senior High School. Her work in special education reflected both her professional skill and her genuine care for each individual she served.

In 2005, she transitioned to Linton Middle School, where she took on the role of school counselor. It was in this position that Mrs. Watson became a cornerstone of the school community.
