Upon arrival, officers located a deceased adult female inside the residence. The victim has been identified as Stephanie Turner, age 50, of Waterloo. During the investigation, Waterloo Police Department Detectives arrested Nicholas John Fettkether, age 27, of Waterloo. Fettkether has been charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree and is currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.
