It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Jayson Thomas Ross, a beloved resident of Rolla, Missouri, who tragically lost his life in a traffic collision on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the age of 25. Jayson’s passing has deeply affected his family, friends, and community, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and dedication.
Jayson Ross was born on June 10, 2000, to Thomas and Michaela (Siegrist) Ross in Missouri. He was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, and brother. On June 3, 2023, Jayson married Emma (Weinbaum) Ross in Rolla, MO. Just a few weeks before his passing, he welcomed his daughter, Ruth Elisabeth Ross, born on February 1, 2026. His family was his greatest treasure, and he dedicated himself fully to their happiness and well-being.
Jayson was a man of unwavering faith, deeply committed to his relationship with Jesus Christ. His faith was evident in every aspect of his life, inspiring those around him. He lived according to the principles of love, kindness, and service, always seeking to reflect Christ’s love to others. His life was a testament to the words of Paul in 1 Corinthians 9:19–23, where he exemplified becoming “all things to all people” for the sake of sharing the gospel.
Professionally, Jayson was known for his hard work and craftsmanship. He worked diligently alongside his father and family in construction, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a love for building. He was also a successful entrepreneur, owning Camp Elim RV Park and campground and co-owning Sons and Daughters Wedding Venue. His dedication to his businesses reflected his passion for serving others and creating welcoming spaces for families and friends to gather.
Jayson’s life was a shining example of faith in action. He loved fiercely and lived wholeheartedly, always putting his family and faith first. His legacy of kindness, dedication, and unwavering faith continues to impact everyone who knew him. His life reflected the words of Paul: “I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some.”
Jayson is survived by his wife, Emma Ross; his daughter, Ruth Ross; his parents, Thomas and Michaela Ross; and his extended family, including grandparents, siblings, and many friends. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Greentree Christian Church in Rolla, MO. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. at the same location. Interment will follow at Rolla City Cemetery.
