Finola Scott Omagh County Tyrone, NI Obituary – Cause of Death: In Loving Memory Of Finola Scott

It is with deep sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Finola Scott, formerly of Fairgreen Gardens, Drumquin, and most recently of Meelmore Drive, Strathroy, Omagh.

Finola’s passing is a profound loss to her family, friends, and the wider community both at home and abroad. She will be remembered as a devoted mother, daughter, grandmother, and sister whose presence brought warmth, strength, and kindness to all who knew her.

She is lovingly remembered by her children Carrie (Gareth), Colin (Karen), and Gemma (Fran), and by her cherished grandchildren Parnell, Jamie, Molly, Robyn, Odhran, Finn, and Dana, who were a constant source of pride and joy in her life. She is also deeply mourned by her mother Bridie, her siblings Gerard, Anthony, Julia, Brendan, and Breda, as well as Jackie and the wider Scott and Teague family circle.

Finola was predeceased by her father, Gerry, and is now reunited with him in eternal rest. Her life was defined by her dedication to family, her quiet strength, and the love she shared so freely. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and togetherness that will continue to live on in those who knew her.

Finola will repose at the family home from Monday, 13 April from 6pm. In accordance with her wishes, the home will remain private to family and close friends.

Her funeral will take place on Wednesday, 15 April, leaving the family home at 10:15am for Requiem Mass at 11:00am in St. Patrick’s Church Langfield, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
