In Loving Memory of Dr. Scott McKee
Dr. Scott McKee Death, Obituary: With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we mourn the passing of our beloved Senior Pastor, Dr. Scott McKee. His departure leaves a profound void in our church, our community, and in the lives of all who were blessed to know him.
Dr. McKee was more than a pastor—he was a shepherd, a mentor, and a source of unwavering faith and guidance. Through his teachings, he inspired countless individuals to grow spiritually, to love more deeply, and to walk in faith with courage and humility. His words carried wisdom, but it was his actions—his compassion, his kindness, and his servant’s heart—that truly defined his legacy.
He stood beside his congregation in moments of joy and in times of hardship, offering comfort, prayer, and strength. His leadership was rooted in love, and his dedication to God’s work was evident in every life he touched. Dr. McKee’s impact will continue to be felt through the many hearts he helped shape and the community he helped build.
As we grieve this tremendous loss, we also come together in unity and faith. We invite all members of our community to join in prayer for his family, our church staff, and one another during this difficult time.
A candlelight open house vigil will be held tonight, March 27, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. in the chapel. This will be a time to reflect, to remember, and to find comfort in shared faith and fellowship.
Though Dr. Scott McKee is no longer with us, his spirit, his teachings, and his love will remain in our hearts forever.
May he rest in eternal peace.
