A tragic incident has shaken the community at Lambton College, where a shooting during a student-run event at a campus bar has left one person dead and two others injured. The heartbreaking event unfolded in the early hours of the morning in Sarnia, prompting a swift response from local law enforcement and emergency services.

Police arrived on the scene shortly before 1:00 a.m., where they discovered three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. All were transported to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment. Tragically, a 20-year-old man, identified as Dane Nisbet, later succumbed to his injuries. The loss of such a young life has deeply impacted not only his family and friends but also the wider college and local community.

Authorities have confirmed that the case is being investigated as a homicide.
