Andrea played an integral role in shaping the organization as Dignity Matters’ first employee and Distribution Manager. Her intelligence, dedication, and warm, engaging spirit left an indelible mark on the mission of the organization and on everyone fortunate enough to work alongside her. She built meaningful relationships with colleagues, partners, and community members, always caring deeply about the people and purpose behind the work she loved.

Andrea is remembered not only for her professional contributions but also for her compassion, warmth, and unwavering commitment to the community. Her presence brought joy, inspiration, and guidance to those around her, and her impact will be felt for years to come.

She is survived by her loving husband, Randy Schneider, and her two children, Cody and Phoebe, who were the center of her heart. Family, friends, and colleagues are encouraged to keep them in their thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

To honor Andrea and allow the team to grieve, the Dignity Matters office and warehouse closed on Thursday, March 12, to support her family and attend her funeral. Her colleagues describe Andrea as someone whose legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched, both professionally and personally.
