Missing Trenton Resident Found Dead at Walnut Avenue Home, Death Ruled Homicide

TRENTON, N.J. (PBN) — A homicide investigation is underway in Trenton after a missing city resident was found dead at a Walnut Avenue home, authorities said Monday.

According to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, Anthony White, 35, of Cuyler Avenue, was reported missing by family members on March 19, 2026. On April 1, 2026, police responded to a residence in the 400 block of Walnut Avenue, where White was discovered deceased.

An autopsy conducted by the Middlesex County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the manner of death to be homicide, officials said.

The investigation is being conducted by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force in coordination with the Trenton Police Department.

Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances surrounding the death. The investigation remains ongoing
